Open Gluten Free’s kitchen has a dedicated area reserved for storing, preparing and plating all the gluten-free dishes, thereby avoiding any risk of contamination.
Open meets all the necessary requirements to ensure its available menus and dishes are gluten-free. Our restaurant is certified by the Portuguese Celiac Association (APC).
