Booking Policy
Warranty policy:
All prices mentioned include VAT at the current rate.
At the time of booking, as a guarantee of the same, credit card details will be requested. (number, validity and security code). You will need to present the same card provided for booking confirmation upon check-in.
Booking payment and cancellation policy:
When booking a Flexible rate payment for the reservation must be made at check-in. You may change or cancel the reservation free of charge until 2 pm the day before arrival. If cancelled after 2 pm on the day before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
When booking a Non-Refundable Rate payment for the reservation must be made at the time of the booking. You will not be able to change or cancel the reservation. If cancelled, 100% of the amount will be charged.
Special offers have specific cancellation policies, so please check them individually on each offer page and/or during booking process.

Late check-out: Please get in touch with reception to request a late check-out (subject to availability). Additional charges may apply.
Children and Extra Beds
Babies up to 2 years old will be accommodated in a crib free of charge. Crib reservations are subject to request and are subject to confirmation of availability.
Children from 3 to 12 years old will be accommodated free of charge in a sofa bed when sharing the room with the parents.
The extra adult bed has an additional cost.
Maximum 1 extra bed per room.
Pets
Not admitted.
Non-smoking hotel
The entire Hotel is non-smoking.
Applicability Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions are applicable to any and all contracts entered into Inspira Liberdade Boutique Hotel number 1619 on the RNET, and its customers, and apply to all reservations, accommodation agreements, restaurants, spa and use of Inspira Liberdade Boutique Hotel services.
Any bookings made through agencies, online portals and other intermediaries must be changed, modified with the company with whom you booked
Inspira Liberdade Boutique Hotel does not have any power to modify reservations made by the customer with third parties. You should also check with your booking provider about their cancellation policy which are unrelated to Inspira Liberdade Boutique Hotel.
