» Welcoming guests;
» Ensuring reception and delivery of guests’ luggage;
» Accompanying guests to their rooms and providing room orientation;
» Handling the collection of guests’ luggage from rooms to the lobby or transportation;
» Ensuring the cleanliness of the lobby and hotel entrance;
» Responding to guest requests;
» Assisting guests with the use of the parking facility;
» Handling delivery of faxes, messages, internal and guest packages;
» Responsible for handling mail;
» Performing other tasks assigned by the management;
» Ensuring the hotel entrance is free of vehicles and assisting guests with taxis, transfers, etc.
» Education in the field of hospitality/tourism (preferable factor);
» Minimum education level of Secondary Education – 12th Grade;
» Relevant experience in Reception at 4-star or higher hotels (minimum 2 years);
» Proficiency in English (eliminatory factor) and knowledge of other foreign languages will be valued;
» Availability and flexibility in working hours (between 07:00 AM – 11:00 PM).
