» Front desk service, ensuring a warm welcome to guests;
» Providing general information about hotel services and tourist information;
» Check-In and Check-Out procedures;
» Cash handling, issuing and verifying invoices, and making reservations when necessary;
» Shift hand-over;
» Assisting in Guest Relations tasks, among other duties inherent to the role.
» Education and experience in Hospitality / Tourism;
» Proficiency in PMS/EMS software, preferably Host;
» Autonomy and good interpersonal skills;
» Customer-focused with attention to detail;
» Enjoyment of working in a team.
» Availability for 3 rotating shifts (between 07:00 AM – 11:00 PM).
