» Front desk service, ensuring a warm welcome to guests;
» Providing general information about hotel services and tourist information;
» Check-In and Check-Out procedures;
» Cash handling, issuing and verifying invoices, and making reservations when necessary;
» Shift hand-over;
» Assisting in Guest Relations tasks, among other duties inherent to the role.
» Proven experience in hotel reception service;
» Proficiency in PMS software, preferably Host;
» Ease of communication among colleagues and departments;
» Mandatory fluency in English and a second foreign language (French preferred);
» Availability for morning shifts (07:00 AM – 03:30 PM) and afternoon shifts (03:00 PM – 11:30 PM), with 2 days off per week.
