» Responsible for ensuring all the technical work on the building and facilities, in order to guarantee the operability of the entire infrastructure;
» Creating and ensuring compliance with a preventive maintenance plan and guaranteeing swift resolution of corrective maintenance incidents;
» Ensuring the satisfaction of both external and internal customers;
» Coordinating the internal maintenance team;
» Coordinating and monitoring technical interventions contracted out to third parties;
» Maintaining and monitoring a history of work on the department’s software for strategic and investment decisions.
» Training and experience compatible with the position in hotel units;
