» Daily preparation of Mise-en-place;
» Cooking and plating;
» Ensuring the preservation and proper storage of raw materials;
» Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of the workspace.
» Previous experience in the role (minimum 1 year);
» Experience in the Hospitality sector;
» Knowledge of HACCP;
» Customer orientation and Service Quality;
» Working hours: Monday to Sunday: 09:00 AM – 11:00 PM
two days off per week, between Monday and Friday
